On Call Sure clinical accuracy
EN ISO 15197:2015 acceptance criteria for system accuracy:
95% values shall fall within either ± 0.83 mmol/l (± 15 mg/dl) of the average measured values of the reference measurement at glucose concentrations < 5.55 mmol/l (< 100 mg/dl) or
95% within ± 15% at glucose concentrations ≥ 5.55 mmol/l (≥ 100 mg/dl)
On Call Extra Mobile results:
100% within either ± 0.83 mmol/l at glucose concentrations < 5.55 mmol/l
98.8% within ± 15% at glucose concentrations ≥ 5.55 mmol/l
On Call Sure results:
100% within either ± 0.83 mmol/l at glucose concentrations
< 5.55 mmol/l
100% within ± 15% at glucose concentrations ≥ 5.55 mmol/l
Confidence in pregnancy
Haematocrit can change rapidly during pregnancy. Because accuracy is not significantly affected by varying haematocrit when testing blood glucose levels using the On Call meters. The On Call Extra Mobile and On Call Sure Sync are perfect blood glucose meters for patients with gestational diabetes.
